Can you Trust God
Some say that the Spirit helps us in our weakness. When we don’t know what to pray for, the Spirit intercedes for us through wordless groans. It also says He who searches our hearts knows the mind of the Spirit because the Spirit intercedes for God’s people in accordance with the will of God. (Romans 8:26-27, NIV)
I ask, do you trust this Word? Of course, all Christians are supposed to trust the Word of God, but I’m asking DO YOU trust what this Word says? Today, I’m in the middle of a trial. I used to think that was a bad thing. Now I’m glad I had an opportunity to grow up more. Amid trouble, we learn how to let go of certain ideas and thoughts and pick up new understanding. We understand that we don’t have to fight and strive, hoping that we can quickly come up with the solution to our problems. I used to solve all of my issues with my mind, trusting that I will come to a solution. Maybe you don’t do that.
I have learned we have the Spirit of God inside of us. Our solution will come from Him. Holy Spirit will help us as we let go and permit God to give the solutions we need. I am beginning to understand that we need to rest and trust. The Spirit of God (inside of us) intercedes so that we walk in the will of God. We get to pick up this tool of REST. And we get to Trust God that His Word will not change. Say this, “Thank you, God, that I can rest in you and that you do have everything working for my Good.” Can you Trust God? The answer is indisputable, YES!
